Since 2021, Dr. Tanie Hotan has competed in the NDCA Pro-Am International Latin division with her professional partner, Mark Baker, performing all five dances: Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, and Jive.
Across more than a dozen competitions, they’ve embraced both highs and learning moments—earning first-place finishes in Seattle and Wisconsin Dancesport, and a major Pro-Am win at the Ohio Star Ball, one of the most prestigious ballroom competitions in the United States.
