Dr. Tanie Hotan is a wellbeing facilitator at Santiam Hospital & Clinics, dedicated to advancing community health and clinician wellness. In 2025 she received the Oregon Academy of Family Physicians’ Primary Care Beyond the Clinic Walls recognition.

She partners with organizations to reduce burnout, promote self-care, and strengthen staff retention. Dr. Tanie offers The Lift Project—a 10-week, evidence-based wellbeing course for individuals and groups, endorsed by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr. Tanie Hotan is an NDCA Pro-Am International Latin student competitor and movement educator. Lessons focus on body awareness, musicality, and social-dance foundations, drawing on her expertise in anatomy and kinesiology.

Offerings include social Latin basics and cross-training through hip-hop, funk, Bollywood, and country swing. Sessions are uplifting, accessible, and grounded in wellbeing—because dance should feel as good as it looks.

Note: Competitive Latin coaching is provided by professional instructors; Dr. Tanie teaches community movement and social dance foundations.
